Our Services

Professional mediation and dispute resolution services designed to support constructive dialogue, informed decision-making, and practical resolution

Family Dispute Resolution (Parenting/Children and Property)

As an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), Mark provides a confidential, impartial process designed to assist families, including separating families and those who are already separated, in addressing and resolving disputes, particularly those concerning children and parenting arrangements, and property settlements.

We support participants in identifying the core issues, understanding each party's needs and priorities, and exploring constructive options for resolution. The FDRP does not offer legal advice or dictate outcomes; rather, the process empowers the parties to identify and develop solutions that are appropriate to their unique circumstances.

As an FDRP, Mark can also provide confidential mediation regarding property and asset division/separation for separated or separating couples. This can be done with the support of each party's legal representative as the parties choose.

For couples with parenting matters before a court we may provide a section 60I certificate under the Family Law Act which serves as formal confirmation to a Court regarding the results of the FDR mediation. Additionally, we may recommend external professionals for follow-up contact as appropriate.

Business and Commercial Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is a form of mediation that offers a flexible and confidential framework for resolving a broad range of disputes without resorting to formal litigation. This type of mediation can be used in matters including:

  • Property and financial issues resulting from family separation
  • Other conflicts arising from separation or divorce
  • Commercial disputes between businesses
  • Contractor and trade disputes between businesses and service/goods providers

In these scenarios, Mark as an FDRP and nationally accredited AMDRAS mediator facilitates constructive dialogue, helping parties to clarify their concerns, articulate their interests, and explore potential solutions. Unlike arbitration, ADR does not involve prescribing or imposing outcomes; its purpose is to guide and enable participants to reach agreements collaboratively, based on informed choices and mutual understanding.

Workplace Mediation

Workplace Mediation is a specialised form of Alternative Dispute Resolution focused on addressing conflict within professional environments. It provides a neutral and confidential forum in which individuals, teams, or organisations can address interpersonal disputes, communication breakdowns, and workplace tensions in a constructive and respectful manner.

As an AMDRAS Nationally Accredited Mediator, Mark will assist participants in identifying underlying issues, improving communication, and developing practical, forward-focused solutions using a low-stress and low-conflict process aimed at restoring professional relationships and promoting a productive working environment.

The process is impartial and outcome-focused, empowering participants to resolve disputes early and effectively, while minimising disruption and the risk of formal grievance procedures or litigation.
